  1. 1. Crumble the fresh yeast into the lukewarm milk.
  2. 2. Stir in the honey, eggs, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Add the flour gradually and mix until smooth.
  4. 4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the chives and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  6. 6. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  7. 7. Mix the chive rings with the crème fraîche.
  8. 8. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
  10. 10. Heat some ghee in a non-stick pan.
  11. 11. Fry small, flat blini from the dough until golden brown.
  12. 12. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
  13. 13. Arrange the finished blini on the plates.
  14. 14. Top each blini with a slice of cucumber.
  15. 15. Add a dollop of the herb cream on top.
