Ingredients
- 100 g blue cheese
- 0.5 bunch parsley (10 g)
- 1 lemon
- 200 g buttermilk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (15 g)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the blue cheese into small cubes. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pick the leaves off the stems. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Add the cheese, parsley, lemon juice, buttermilk, and maple syrup to a tall container. Use a hand blender to puree the mixture until it is completely creamy. Finally, season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
