🍳 Fresh Homemade Blueberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg blueberries
- 1 kg jam sugar (1:1)
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 40 ml orange liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 2. Remove any unripe berries and stems.
- 3. Place the berries in a pot.
- 4. Add the jam sugar.
- 5. Pour in the lemon juice.
- 6. Add the liqueur to the mixture.
- 7. Stir the ingredients well.
- 8. Let the mixture stand for one hour.
- 9. Now bring the mixture to a boil.
- 10. Let it bubble vigorously for four minutes.
- 11. Skim off the foam that forms.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 13. Fill the hot jam into hot jars.
- 14. Seal the jars tightly.
- 15. Let the jars cool down completely.
