🍰 Chilled Blueberry Yogurt Delight

Ingredients
- 300 g blueberries
- 50 ml orange juice
- 75 g lavender honey
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 700 ml yogurt (3.5% fat)
- lavender flowers
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly, remove any stems, and let them drain well in a colander. Take out a small handful of berries and set them aside for later decoration.
- 2. Take the remaining berries and blend them together with the orange juice, lavender honey, and the finely grated orange zest until smooth. Then stir this mixture into the yogurt until well combined, and finally taste to see if the seasoning is right.
- 3. Place the cream in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to ensure it gets properly cold. When it is time to serve, place the previously set-aside blueberries and a few lavender flowers on top of the cream to garnish it nicely.
