🍰 Delicious Blueberry Cookies

Ingredients
- 90 g spelt whole wheat flour
- 50 g ghee or butter
- 25 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Naturally Good Rise & Shine spice
- 100 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix all ingredients except the blueberries into a uniform dough. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- 2. Shape the dough into small cookies by hand. Place the cookies one by one on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake them for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool on the tray for around 10 minutes. Remove them from the tray, let them cool completely, and fill them into a tin.
