  1. 1. Mix 160 grams of flour, flaxseeds, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add cream cheese and knead everything into a firm dough.
  3. 3. Wash the blueberries, pat them dry, and gently fold in lightly crushed or halved berries.
  4. 4. Dust some flour on your work surface and divide the dough into six equal pieces.
  5. 5. Shape each piece into a small ball and optionally press it slightly flat. Press a hole in the center, or bake them as round buns without a hole.
  6. 6. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection 160 degrees or gas mark 2–3) for 20 to 22 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the bagels from the oven, let them cool well before serving, and cut them into finger-friendly strips or quarters.
