🥗 Mixed salad with two different dressings

Ingredients
- 1 Lollo Rosso (washed and spun dry)
- 300 g plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- salt
- pepper
- 5 tbsp chopped mixed herbs
- 6 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 6 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
- 6 tsp flaxseed oil
- 1 bell pepper (cut into tiny cubes, pickled)
- 2 tbsp cooked millet
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients for the first dressing into the blender and puree until smooth. Then place the dressing in the refrigerator to cool down.
- 2. Take all ingredients for the second dressing and whisk them vigorously together until well combined.
- 3. Pour both dressings over the vegetables only shortly before serving the salad.
