🍽️ Crunchy salad with zucchini and cheese

Ingredients
- 250 g leaf lettuce
- 2 zucchini
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g goat fresh cheese
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Separate the lettuce heads into individual leaves.
- 2. Rinse the leaves under running water.
- 3. Remove any wilted or damaged parts.
- 4. Spin the salad dry or pat it with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 7. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into very thin rounds.
- 8. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
- 9. Wash the spring onions.
- 10. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 11. Crumble the cheese into small pieces using your hands.
- 12. Add the vinegars, oil, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
- 13. Whisk the dressing ingredients well together.
- 14. Gently toss the salad ingredients in the dressing.
- 15. Arrange the salad on the plates.
- 16. Sprinkle the finished salad with the cheese pieces.
