  7. 7. Peel the watermelon completely.
  8. 8. Cut the watermelon flesh into small cubes.
  9. 9. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
  10. 10. Wash the mint under running water.
  11. 11. Shake the mint dry.
  12. 12. Pick the mint leaves off the stems.
  13. 13. Divide the romaine lettuce among four plates.
  14. 14. Add the arugula to the plates with the salad.
  15. 15. Place the watermelon cubes on the salads.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the mint leaves over the salads.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the crumbled feta over the salads.
  18. 18. Put two tablespoons of oil into a small bowl.
  19. 19. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the oil.
