🍽️ Refreshing salad with watermelon and feta

Ingredients
- 1 large romaine lettuce heart
- 80 g arugula (1 bunch)
- 500 g watermelon
- 200 g feta
- 1 handful mint
- 2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the romaine lettuce under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the romaine lettuce.
- 3. Spin the romaine lettuce dry.
- 4. Wash the arugula under running water.
- 5. Remove coarse stems and pick over any damaged leaves from the arugula.
- 6. Spin the arugula dry.
- 7. Peel the watermelon completely.
- 8. Cut the watermelon flesh into small cubes.
- 9. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 10. Wash the mint under running water.
- 11. Shake the mint dry.
- 12. Pick the mint leaves off the stems.
- 13. Divide the romaine lettuce among four plates.
- 14. Add the arugula to the plates with the salad.
- 15. Place the watermelon cubes on the salads.
- 16. Sprinkle the mint leaves over the salads.
- 17. Sprinkle the crumbled feta over the salads.
- 18. Put two tablespoons of oil into a small bowl.
- 19. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the oil.
- 20. Whisk the ingredients together to make a sauce.
- 21. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 22. Drizzle the sauce over the finished salads.
