🍽️ Fresh leaf salad with creamy herb dip

Ingredients
- 250 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. Lollo rosso and arugula)
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped herbs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salads thoroughly, remove any wilted greens, and spin them dry. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
- 2. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make a dressing, taste it, and mix it with the salad ingredients. Stir cream cheese, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 3. Serve the salad on plates and add the herb cream cheese dip on the side. Garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
