🍽️ Fresh leaf salad with strawberries and cheese

Ingredients
- 400 g goat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 250 g leaf salad
- 300 g strawberries (more to taste)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix the goat cream cheese with the finely chopped chives, the olive oil, and a pinch of pepper until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
- 2. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly, remove any wilted parts, spin them dry, and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, and cut them either in half lengthwise or into quarters.
- 4. Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Slowly beat in the olive oil with a whisk until the sauce thickens, and taste to adjust the seasoning at the end.
- 5. Arrange the salad and strawberries on plates. Roll small balls from the cheese cream and place them on the salad. Drizzle everything with the prepared sauce and serve the dish immediately.
