🍽️ Crispy salad with strawberries, Gouda and roasted peanuts

Ingredients
- 30 g unsalted peanut kernels
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 250 g strawberries
- 200 g young Gouda
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the peanuts.
- 2. Toast the chopped peanuts briefly in a non-stick pan without fat.
- 3. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 4. Spread the peanuts on a plate and let them cool down completely.
- 5. Wash the head of lettuce thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the hard cores from the lettuce.
- 7. Cut the lettuce greens into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Spin the salad in a salad spinner to dry it.
- 9. Cut the bell pepper into quarters.
- 10. Remove the inside of the pepper with the seeds.
- 11. Rinse the empty pepper under running water.
- 12. Cut the pepper into small cubes.
- 13. Rinse the strawberries.
- 14. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
- 15. Cut the strawberries into suitable pieces.
- 16. Cut the Gouda cheese into small cubes.
- 17. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and oil in a small bowl.
- 18. Gently fold the prepared ingredients into the dressing sauce.
- 19. Serve the salad immediately.
