  1. 1. Finely chop the peanuts.
  2. 2. Toast the chopped peanuts briefly in a non-stick pan without fat.
  3. 3. Remove the pan from the heat.
  4. 4. Spread the peanuts on a plate and let them cool down completely.
  5. 5. Wash the head of lettuce thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove the hard cores from the lettuce.
  7. 7. Cut the lettuce greens into bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8. Spin the salad in a salad spinner to dry it.
  9. 9. Cut the bell pepper into quarters.
  10. 10. Remove the inside of the pepper with the seeds.
  11. 11. Rinse the empty pepper under running water.
  12. 12. Cut the pepper into small cubes.
  13. 13. Rinse the strawberries.
  14. 14. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
  15. 15. Cut the strawberries into suitable pieces.
  16. 16. Cut the Gouda cheese into small cubes.
  17. 17. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and oil in a small bowl.
  18. 18. Gently fold the prepared ingredients into the dressing sauce.
  19. 19. Serve the salad immediately.
