🍽️ Colorful leaf salad with three types of cheese

Ingredients
- 1 large batavia lettuce
- 150 g Cambozola cheese
- 150 g Brie
- 150 g Emmentaler
- 100 g walnut kernels
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the leaf salad under running water.
- 2. Tear the washed salad into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Roughly chop the nuts.
- 4. Stir the dressing together from the specified ingredients in a bowl.
- 5. Drizzle the leaf salad evenly with the dressing.
- 6. Slice the Emmental cheese into thin slices.
- 7. Cut the remaining cheeses into small cubes.
- 8. Arrange the cheese slices and cheese cubes on the salad.
- 9. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the entire dish.
- 10. Season everything finally with freshly ground pepper.
