  3. 3. Put flour, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a bowl.

  5. 5. Mix everything with your fingers until crumbly streusel forms.
  6. 6. Cut rectangles of about 6 by 4 centimeters from the puff pastry.
  7. 7. Place the dough pieces on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  8. 8. Whisk the egg yolk with the condensed milk in a small bowl.
  9. 9. Brush the puff pastry with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
  10. 10. Warm the apricot jam slightly until it becomes more fluid.
  11. 11. Spread the warm jam thinly over the dough.
