🥗 Bistro Salad

Ingredients
- 1 red oak leaf lettuce
- 0.5 batavia lettuce
- 0.5 frisée lettuce
- 40 g hazelnut kernels
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple syrup
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 1 large tart apple
- 0.5 bunch chives
Instructions
- 1. Wash the leafy greens thoroughly and dry them well. Then tear or cut the greens into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and toast them briefly in a pan until they are lightly fragrant.
- 3. Whisk vinegar, mustard, apple syrup, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Then beat the oils into the mixture using a whisk.
- 4. Wash the apple, dry it, and peel it if desired. Cut it into quarters, remove the core, and slice the flesh into very thin pieces.
- 5. Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and cut them into small rings about three centimeters long.
- 6. Toss the leafy greens, apple slices, and dressing together. Divide the salad onto plates and sprinkle the toasted nuts and chives on top.
