🍽️ Heart-shaped Sponge Cakes

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 200 ml Whipping Cream
- 1 Packet Strawberry Pudding Powder
- 4 Sugar
- 400 ml Milk
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Mix the pudding powder with 400 milliliters of milk as described on the package.
- 3. Stir the pudding mixture constantly while cooking.
- 4. Let the pudding mixture cool down completely afterwards.
- 5. Separate the eggs so that you have egg whites and egg yolks separately.
- 6. Beat the egg whites stiff with a mixer.
- 7. Beat the egg yolks frothy with the sugar.
- 8. Fold the flour and a pinch of salt into the egg yolk mixture.
- 9. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the batter.
- 10. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 11. Spread the batter evenly on the prepared tray.
- 12. Bake the dough in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 13. Let the baked dough plate cool down completely.
- 14. Beat the cream stiff.
- 15. Mix the stiffly beaten cream with the cooled pudding.
- 16. Place a heart stencil on the cooled dough plate.
- 17. Cut three heart shapes from the dough.
- 18. Take two of the heart shapes.
- 19. Spread two-thirds of the pudding-cream mixture on these two hearts.
- 20. Fill the remaining pudding-cream mixture into a piping bag.
- 21. Insert a star nozzle into the piping bag.
- 22. Pipe dots of cream around the edges of the cakes.
- 23. Store the finished cakes in the refrigerator to keep them cool.
- 24. Serve the cakes well-chilled.
- 25. Place a candle on the cake.
