🍽️ Pear Jam with Cranberries

Ingredients
- 500 g Cranberries
- 500 g Pears
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 1 kg Jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cranberries thoroughly and let them drain. Place them in a large pot. Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
- 2. Pour the orange juice over the cranberries and puree the mixture finely using a hand blender. Stir in the sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 3. Then let the jam simmer for about 4 minutes with gentle bubbling. Perform a setting test, fill the jam into prepared jars, seal them immediately, and let them cool down.
