🍽️ Pear and Toast Crumb Porridge

Ingredients
- 200 g large ripe pears (1 large ripe pear)
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 20 g whole wheat biscuit (2 whole wheat biscuits)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pear thoroughly and pat it dry. Cut the fruit in half and remove the hard core. Cut the soft flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Place the pear pieces in a small pot and mix them with the apple juice. Bring the mixture to a boil. Let the pot simmer covered over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down briefly.
- 3. Place the toast crumb pieces in a freezer bag. Crush the pieces with a rolling pin until they break down into coarse crumbs.
- 4. Add the crumbs and the oil to the cooked pear mixture. Mash everything together with a fork until a creamy porridge forms. If the porridge seems too thick, stir in a little more apple juice. Feed the baby immediately.
