  2. 2. Pat the fruits dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut each pear in half through the center.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the pear halves.
  5. 5. Slice the pear halves into thin wedges.
  6. 6. Place the pear wedges into two prepared jam jars.
  7. 7. Add the cinnamon sticks to the jars with the pears.
  8. 8. Pour vinegar into the jars until they are completely full.
  9. 9. Seal the jars tightly with the lids.
  10. 10. Store the jars in a cool and dry place for two weeks.
  11. 11. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve after the waiting period.
  12. 12. Pour the strained vinegar into a clean and sterile container.
