🍰 Pear Chocolate Crumble

Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate (min. 70 % cocoa content)
- 70 g spelt flour Type 1050
- 45 g rolled oats
- 40 g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp strongly defatted cocoa powder (14 g)
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 60 g beet syrup (3 tbsp)
- 2 pears
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix the chocolate pieces with spelt flour, oat flakes, ground almonds, and cocoa powder. Add rapeseed oil and syrup, then mix everything with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until crumbly streusel form.
- 2. Wash the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the cores, and chop the flesh into coarse pieces. Mix the pear pieces with cinnamon and lemon juice, place the mixture in a baking dish or into six glasses, and cover generously with the streusel.
- 3. Bake the crumble in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (180 degrees Celsius fan-forced or gas mark 3) for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
