  2. 2. Cut the pears in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the core from the pear halves.
  4. 4. Heat the butter in a pan.
  5. 5. Place the pear halves in the hot butter.
  6. 6. Cook the pears for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Turn the pears frequently while cooking.
  8. 8. Add the honey to the pan.
  9. 9. Turn the pears again until they are coated with honey.
  10. 10. Place the pears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. 11. Make sure the hollowed side is facing up.
  12. 12. Distribute the Roquefort cheese over the pears.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  14. 14. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  15. 15. Bake the pears for about 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the pears when the cheese is melted and golden.
