🍽️ Oven Pears with Roquefort

Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 30 g butter
- 80 g Roquefort
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pears.
- 2. Cut the pears in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the core from the pear halves.
- 4. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 5. Place the pear halves in the hot butter.
- 6. Cook the pears for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Turn the pears frequently while cooking.
- 8. Add the honey to the pan.
- 9. Turn the pears again until they are coated with honey.
- 10. Place the pears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 11. Make sure the hollowed side is facing up.
- 12. Distribute the Roquefort cheese over the pears.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 14. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- 15. Bake the pears for about 5 minutes.
- 16. Remove the pears when the cheese is melted and golden.
