  1. 1. Preheat your grill.
  2. 2. Wash the pears, cut them in half, and remove the core using a melon baller. Rub the cut surfaces with lemon juice.
  3. 3. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the pears cut-side down on the hot grill and grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn them, fill the hollowed-out areas with the cheese, and close the grill or cover the pears with aluminum foil. Grill for another 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Roughly chop the nuts and toast them in a pan without oil until golden brown.
  6. 6. Warm the honey. Plate the pears, drizzle with the honey, sprinkle with the nuts, and serve garnished with mint leaves.
