🍰 Pear-Almond Salad

Ingredients
- 20 g almond flakes (2 tbsp)
- 5 pears
- 1 organic lemon
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp almond syrup
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Toast the almond slices in a pan without any added fat until golden brown, then set them aside.
- 2. Wash the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the core, and dice them. Place the cubes in a large bowl. Rinse the lemon under hot water, zest it, and squeeze out the juice. Mix one teaspoon of lemon zest with half of the juice into the pear cubes.
- 3. Stir the quark with the yogurt, the remaining lemon juice, the syrup, the honey, and the almonds until smooth. Pour this mixture over the pears.
