🥤 Pear and Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients
- 140 g ripe kiwi (2 ripe kiwis)
- 200 g small ripe pears (2 small ripe pears)
- 1 small lime
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kiwis and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Wash the pears and pat them dry. Cut them into quarters, remove the core, and dice them as well.
- 3. Rinse the lime and dry it. Peel the skin into thin, fine strips using a vegetable peeler (this technique is called julienne).
- 4. Squeeze the lime. Add the kiwi and pear cubes along with ice cubes to a stand mixer (or use a hand blender in a tall jug). Blend the mixture until smooth. Stir in the lime juice, garnish with the lime strips, and enjoy immediately.
