🍽️ Pear Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients
- 125 g ripe pears (1 small pear)
- 200 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 20 g delicate oat flakes (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pear, peel it, and cut it into quarters. Remove the core and coarsely grate the flesh using a box grater.
- 2. Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the oat flakes and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat.
- 3. Stir the grated pears into the porridge. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Puree the mixture with a hand blender if desired, let it cool slightly, and serve it lukewarm.
