🍰 Pear Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 dried plums (pitted)
- 2 dried apricots
- 0.5 Orange
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp rose water
- 250 g large pears (1 large pear)
- 300 g thick milk (1.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the dried plums and apricots into thin strips.
- 2. Squeeze half of the orange and measure out exactly 50 milliliters of juice.
- 3. Simmer the plums and apricots in a non-stick pan with star anise, cinnamon, the orange juice, and rose water for about 2 minutes. Let the liquid reduce by half. Remove the pan from the heat, let the mixture cool down, and then remove the star anise.
- 4. Meanwhile, wash the pear, cut it into quarters, and remove the core. Cut the pear pieces into small cubes.
- 5. Fold the pear cubes into the cooled dried fruit mixture and divide it into small bowls.
- 6. Whisk the thick milk until creamy and pour it over the pear fruit salad.
