🍽️ Creamy Pear-Date Shake

Ingredients
- 1 Pear
- 8 Dates
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Pear syrup
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Pinches Cloves (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pear completely.
- 2. Cut the peeled pear into four equal pieces.
- 3. Remove the hard core from the pear pieces.
- 4. Cut the soft flesh of the pear into coarse cubes.
- 5. Cut the dates lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the hard pits from the dates.
- 7. Put the pear cubes, the pitted dates, the milk, the pear syrup, and the lemon juice into a blender.
- 8. Blend the ingredients until a completely smooth and creamy mixture forms.
- 9. Pour the finished shake into drinking glasses.
- 10. Sprinkle some ground cloves evenly over the surface.
- 11. Serve the shake immediately so it stays fresh and cold.
