  1. 1. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil until golden yellow. Let them cool down.
  2. 2. Wash the pears, quarter them and remove the cores. Cut the quarters into slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. 3. Divide the whole grain oat flakes among four bowls. Stir the yogurt with the sea buckthorn syrup and honey until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the oat flakes. Pit the dates, chop them finely and distribute them together with the pear slices on the oatmeal.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the oatmeal with the wheat sprouts and sesame seeds.
