🍳 Pear-Date-Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 pears
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 tbsp oat flakes
- 600 g yogurt
- 4 tbsp sea buckthorn juice (fruit juice preparation from the health food store)
- 4 tsp honey
- 12 fresh dates
- 4 tbsp wheat sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil until golden yellow. Let them cool down.
- 2. Wash the pears, quarter them and remove the cores. Cut the quarters into slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
- 3. Divide the whole grain oat flakes among four bowls. Stir the yogurt with the sea buckthorn syrup and honey until smooth.
- 4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the oat flakes. Pit the dates, chop them finely and distribute them together with the pear slices on the oatmeal.
- 5. Sprinkle the oatmeal with the wheat sprouts and sesame seeds.
