🍰 Pear Crumble with Lime Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g small pears (2 small pears)
- 15 g hazelnuts (1 tbsp)
- 75 g fine oat flakes
- 30 g coconut blossom sugar (2 tbsp)
- 30 g ground hazelnuts (2 tbsp)
- 60 g nut butter (4 tbsp)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 lime
- 200 g sour cream (20% fat)
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pears under running water.
- 2. Cut the pears in half.
- 3. Remove the core from the pear halves.
- 4. Cut the flesh into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 5. Place the pear pieces into a baking dish.
- 6. Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
- 7. Put the hazelnuts into a bowl.
- 8. Add the oat flakes.
- 9. Add the coconut blossom sugar.
- 10. Mix in the ground nut powder.
- 11. Stir in the nut butter.
- 12. Sprinkle in the cinnamon.
- 13. Add the ground cloves.
- 14. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 15. Mix everything until a crumbly texture forms.
- 16. Distribute the topping evenly over the pears.
- 17. Press the topping down very gently.
- 18. Preheat the oven.
- 19. Set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 20. Bake the crumble for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 21. Remove the crumble when it is golden brown.
- 22. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 23. Dry the lime thoroughly.
- 24. Grate the fine zest of the lime.
- 25. Squeeze the juice of the lime.
- 26. Stir the lime zest into the sour cream.
- 27. Add the lime juice to the sour cream.
- 28. Mix the honey into the sauce.
- 29. Serve the sauce together with the warm crumble.
