🍰 Baked Pear in Puff Pastry

Ingredients
- 1 Pear
- 2 sheets Puff Pastry (frozen)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 10 g Gorgonzola
Instructions
- 1. Let the puff pastry thaw at room temperature.
- 2. Wash the pear, peel it, and remove the core. Drizzle with lemon juice and fill the center with the Gorgonzola.
- 3. Stack the puff pastry sheets and roll them out into a rectangle. Cut off a thin strip for decoration. Wrap the pear in the remaining pastry, brush the surface with beaten egg yolk, press the edges firmly together, and decorate with the pastry strip.
- 4. Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (convection) for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
