  2. 2. Wash the pear, peel it, and remove the core. Drizzle with lemon juice and fill the center with the Gorgonzola.
  3. 3. Stack the puff pastry sheets and roll them out into a rectangle. Cut off a thin strip for decoration. Wrap the pear in the remaining pastry, brush the surface with beaten egg yolk, press the edges firmly together, and decorate with the pastry strip.
  4. 4. Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (convection) for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
