  1. 1. Roughly chop the nuts and toast them in a non-stick pan without oil, stirring constantly, until they are golden brown and fragrant. Transfer them to a plate and let them cool down slightly.
  2. 2. Dice the plums into very small cubes.
  3. 3. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  4. 4. Wash the apple and pear, pat them dry, cut them into quarters, remove the cores, and grate the flesh finely.
  5. 5. Mix the yogurt, oat flakes, apple syrup, roasted nuts, and fruit thoroughly. Season the mixture with lemon juice and fill it into glasses or bowls.
  6. 6. Wash the peach, pat it dry, and cut it in half. Remove the stone, slice the flesh into wedges, and arrange them decoratively on top of the muesli.
