🍳 Bircher Muesli with Apples and Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 l milk (1.5% fat)
- 250 g muesli mix (oats, barley, wheat, rye) or oat flakes
- 60 g raisins
- 30 g hazelnut kernels
- 2 carrots
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 200 g yoghurt (1.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Bring the milk to a boil in a pot. Stir in the flakes and let the mixture come to a boil once. Add the raisins, stir well, and transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool down.
- 2. Cover the bowl and let the muesli swell overnight in the refrigerator.
- 3. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Peel the carrots and wash and core the apples; grate both finely.
- 4. Mix the carrots, apples, nuts, maple syrup, and yogurt with the grain mixture. Fill the mixture into six small bowls.
