  1. 1. Bring the milk to a boil in a pot. Stir in the flakes and let the mixture come to a boil once. Add the raisins, stir well, and transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool down.
  2. 2. Cover the bowl and let the muesli swell overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Peel the carrots and wash and core the apples; grate both finely.
  4. 4. Mix the carrots, apples, nuts, maple syrup, and yogurt with the grain mixture. Fill the mixture into six small bowls.
