🍽️ Savory Bibimbap with Meat and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 140 g brown rice
- salt
- 10 g ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 200 g beef sirloin steak
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 eggs
- 2 carrots
- 2 spring onions
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts (15 g each)

Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil. Use an amount equal to double and a half the volume of the rice. Add a pinch of salt. Cook the rice on low heat with the lid on for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 2. Peel the ginger and the garlic clove. Chop both finely.
- 3. Mix the chopped ginger and garlic with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and honey in a small bowl.
- 4. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 5. Mix the meat strips with the marinade. Let the meat marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 6. Whisk Sambal Oelek (a spicy chili paste) with the remaining soy sauce, lime juice, and 4 tablespoons of water until smooth.
- 7. Heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 8. Fry the eggs as sunny-side-up eggs for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 9. Clean, wash, and cut carrots, spring onions, and celery into thin strips.
- 10. Roughly chop the cashew nuts.
- 11. Remove the cooked eggs from the pan and set them aside.
- 12. Fry the marinated meat in the hot pan for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 13. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the meat. Fry for another 2 minutes.
- 14. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 15. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.
- 16. Season the rice with salt, pepper, and the remaining lime juice.
- 17. Divide the rice into 2 bowls.
- 18. Arrange the vegetable strips, meat, and sunny-side-up eggs on top of the rice.
- 19. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped cashew nuts.
- 20. Serve the Bibimbap with the prepared spicy sauce.
