  1. 1. Bring water to a boil. Use an amount equal to double and a half the volume of the rice. Add a pinch of salt. Cook the rice on low heat with the lid on for 25 to 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel the ginger and the garlic clove. Chop both finely.
  3. 3. Mix the chopped ginger and garlic with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and honey in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  5. 5. Mix the meat strips with the marinade. Let the meat marinate for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Whisk Sambal Oelek (a spicy chili paste) with the remaining soy sauce, lime juice, and 4 tablespoons of water until smooth.
  7. 7. Heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. 8. Fry the eggs as sunny-side-up eggs for 5 to 8 minutes.
  9. 9. Clean, wash, and cut carrots, spring onions, and celery into thin strips.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the cashew nuts.
  11. 11. Remove the cooked eggs from the pan and set them aside.
  12. 12. Fry the marinated meat in the hot pan for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  13. 13. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the meat. Fry for another 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.
  16. 16. Season the rice with salt, pepper, and the remaining lime juice.
  17. 17. Divide the rice into 2 bowls.
  18. 18. Arrange the vegetable strips, meat, and sunny-side-up eggs on top of the rice.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped cashew nuts.
  20. 20. Serve the Bibimbap with the prepared spicy sauce.
