🥗 Colorful sandwich with cheese, ham, tomato and lettuce

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls salad (arugula and Lollo Bionda)
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 slices whole wheat toast
- 40 g cream cheese
- 12 slices turkey deli meat
- 8 slices sliced cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and shake it dry. Wash the tomatoes, remove the hard stem area, and slice them into thin rounds.
- 2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of half of the bread slices. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, ham, and cheese. Cover with the remaining bread slices. Eat the sandwich immediately or wrap it in wax paper to take with you.
