  2. 2. Toast the bread until it is golden brown.
  3. 3. Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water.
  4. 4. Shake off excess water from the lettuce.
  5. 5. Pat the lettuce leaves dry gently.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes under running water as well.
  7. 7. Pat the tomatoes dry.
  8. 8. Slice the tomatoes into thin, round pieces.
  9. 9. Spread the toasted bread slices evenly with remoulade.
  10. 10. Place one lettuce leaf on each of the spread bread slices.
  11. 11. Arrange several tomato slices on the lettuce.
  12. 12. Season the topped slices with some black pepper.
  13. 13. Place a slice of turkey breast on the seasoned slices.
  14. 14. Roll a small lettuce leaf into a slice of turkey breast.
  15. 15. Place the turkey roll on each piece of bread.
  16. 16. Serve the rolls with a few fresh grapes.
