🍽️ Crunchy Toast Bread with Turkey and Tomato

Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread (or toast)
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 small tomatoes (depending on size)
- 2 tbsp remoulade
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 slices turkey breast fillet
- grapes (for serving)
Instructions
- 1. Place the white bread slices in the toaster.
- 2. Toast the bread until it is golden brown.
- 3. Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water.
- 4. Shake off excess water from the lettuce.
- 5. Pat the lettuce leaves dry gently.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes under running water as well.
- 7. Pat the tomatoes dry.
- 8. Slice the tomatoes into thin, round pieces.
- 9. Spread the toasted bread slices evenly with remoulade.
- 10. Place one lettuce leaf on each of the spread bread slices.
- 11. Arrange several tomato slices on the lettuce.
- 12. Season the topped slices with some black pepper.
- 13. Place a slice of turkey breast on the seasoned slices.
- 14. Roll a small lettuce leaf into a slice of turkey breast.
- 15. Place the turkey roll on each piece of bread.
- 16. Serve the rolls with a few fresh grapes.
