🍽️ Chicken Sandwich with Mango Curry

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Crème double
- 1 tsp mild curry powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 100 g chicken breast fillet or turkey cutlet
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 100 g fully ripe mango
- head lettuce leaf
- 2 whole grain rolls
Instructions
- 1. Mix the Crème double with curry powder and lemon juice.
- 2. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Clean the spring onions and wash them thoroughly.
- 4. Slice only the white and light green parts into fine rings.
- 5. Mix these rings with the sour cream.
- 6. Season the onion cream with salt and pepper as well.
- 7. Cut the meat crosswise into two halves.
- 8. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan.
- 9. Fry the chicken meat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- 10. Season the meat with salt and ginger while frying.
- 11. Peel the mango and slice the flesh thinly away from the pit.
- 12. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry.
- 13. Cut the buns in half crosswise.
- 14. Toast the bun halves in the toaster until golden brown.
- 15. Spread the curry cream on the bottom bun halves.
- 16. Place the lettuce leaves on top.
- 17. Spread the onion cream over the lettuce.
- 18. Place the fried chicken meat on the lettuce.
- 19. Arrange the mango slices on the meat.
- 20. Place the top bun on.
- 21. Serve the sandwiches immediately.
