  2. 2. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Clean the spring onions and wash them thoroughly.
  4. 4. Slice only the white and light green parts into fine rings.
  5. 5. Mix these rings with the sour cream.
  6. 6. Season the onion cream with salt and pepper as well.
  7. 7. Cut the meat crosswise into two halves.
  8. 8. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan.
  9. 9. Fry the chicken meat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  10. 10. Season the meat with salt and ginger while frying.
  11. 11. Peel the mango and slice the flesh thinly away from the pit.
  12. 12. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry.
  13. 13. Cut the buns in half crosswise.
  14. 14. Toast the bun halves in the toaster until golden brown.
