Ingredients
- 4 radishes
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 whole grain roll
- 3 tsp low-fat cream cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the radishes under running water.
- 2. Trim off the tough ends of the radishes.
- 3. Slice the radishes into thin strips.
- 4. Pick a few young radish leaves.
- 5. Wash the radish leaves.
- 6. Pat the radish leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Wash the pear.
- 8. Peel the pear.
- 9. Remove the core of the pear.
- 10. Cut the pear into four quarters.
- 11. Slice the pear quarters into thin wedges.
- 12. Slice the whole wheat rolls horizontally in half.
- 13. Spread the cut sides of the rolls with cream cheese.
- 14. Place the radish leaves on the rolls.
- 15. Distribute the pear wedges on the leaves.
- 16. Place the radish strips on top.
- 17. Season the toppings with a pinch of salt.
- 18. Season the toppings with a pinch of pepper.
- 19. Sprinkle the rolls with chopped pumpkin seeds.
- 20. Sprinkle the rolls with fresh chives.
- 21. Serve the topped rolls immediately.
