🍳 Smoked Salmon Bagel with Herb Cream

Ingredients
- 6 small Bagels
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- black pepper (ground)
- arugula (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bagels horizontally in half. Toast the halves in a toaster or pan until golden brown. Let them cool down briefly.
- 2. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, the grated horseradish, and the lemon juice until smooth. Season the cream with salt and spread it evenly over the bagel halves. Place the salmon slices on top and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
- 3. Garnish the finished bagels with fresh arugula and serve immediately.
