🍽️ Bread with blue cheese, pears and edible flowers

Ingredients
- 1 large pear
- 20 g walnuts
- 200 g Roquefort
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 8 small slices farmer's bread
- pepper (from the mill)
- thyme leaves
- small pansy flower
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pear, cut it into quarters, remove the core, and slice the quarters into thin wedges. Finely chop the walnuts. Mash the Roquefort cheese with a fork, mix in the cottage cheese and walnuts, and spread the mixture onto the bread slices.
- 2. Top the bread with the pear wedges, sprinkle with a little pepper, and serve garnished with thyme and viola flowers.
