  3. 3. Fry the steak for another 3 to 4 minutes on the second side.
  4. 4. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Let the steak cool down completely.
  6. 6. Slice the cold steak into thin pieces.
  7. 7. Cut the rolls horizontally.
  8. 8. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  9. 9. Place arugula on the mayonnaise.
  10. 10. Distribute the steak strips evenly over the arugula.
  11. 11. Place the tomato slices on the meat.
  12. 12. Season the tomatoes lightly with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Cover the filling with the top halves of the rolls.
  14. 14. Wrap the finished rolls tightly in wax paper.
