🥤 Bold Tofu Protein Shake with Mango

Ingredients
- 100 g strawberries
- 150 g raspberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 20 g baby spinach
- 150 g bananas (1 banana)
- 100 g mango flesh
- 100 g avocado (one half of a fruit)
- 0.5 organic lime
- 1 vanilla pod
- 200 g plain tofu
- 1 tsp flaxseed meal
- 400 ml almond drink (almond milk)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Also wash the raspberries and blueberries.
- 4. Let the berries drain in a sieve.
- 5. Set aside two to three berries of each type for later garnishing.
- 6. Wash the baby spinach.
- 7. Shake the spinach dry, for example using a kitchen towel.
- 8. Peel the banana.
- 9. Peel the mango.
- 10. Cut the flesh of the banana and mango into small cubes.
- 11. Insert a spoon into the half avocado.
- 12. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the shell.
- 13. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 14. Dry the lime.
- 15. Cut the lime in half.
- 16. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 17. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 18. Scrape out the small seeds (the pulp) from the pod.
- 19. Place the prepared fruits and spinach into a stand blender.
- 20. Add the lime juice and vanilla pulp.
- 21. Add the tofu to the blender.
- 22. Add the flaxseeds to the blender.
- 23. Pour the soy milk into the blender.
- 24. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth.
- 25. Carefully pour the shake into three glasses.
- 26. Distribute the reserved raspberries and blueberries on top of the shake.
- 27. Serve the drink immediately.
