  1. 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  2. 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Also wash the raspberries and blueberries.
  4. 4. Let the berries drain in a sieve.
  5. 5. Set aside two to three berries of each type for later garnishing.
  6. 6. Wash the baby spinach.
  7. 7. Shake the spinach dry, for example using a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Peel the banana.
  9. 9. Peel the mango.
  10. 10. Cut the flesh of the banana and mango into small cubes.
  11. 11. Insert a spoon into the half avocado.
  12. 12. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the shell.
  13. 13. Rinse the lime under hot water.
  14. 14. Dry the lime.
  15. 15. Cut the lime in half.
  16. 16. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  17. 17. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  18. 18. Scrape out the small seeds (the pulp) from the pod.
  19. 19. Place the prepared fruits and spinach into a stand blender.
  20. 20. Add the lime juice and vanilla pulp.
  21. 21. Add the tofu to the blender.
  22. 22. Add the flaxseeds to the blender.
  23. 23. Pour the soy milk into the blender.
  24. 24. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth.
  25. 25. Carefully pour the shake into three glasses.
  26. 26. Distribute the reserved raspberries and blueberries on top of the shake.
  27. 27. Serve the drink immediately.
