  1. 1. Let the berries thaw for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the coconut flakes in a small pan without oil until golden brown. Remove them and let them cool on a plate.
  2. 2. Put the QuarkCreme Natur, lemon juice, coconut milk, berries, and agave syrup into a stand mixer. Blend everything until smooth. You can also use sugar instead of agave syrup for sweetening.
  3. 3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle the toasted coconut flakes on top.
