🍽️ Berry Quark Dip with Bread Sticks

Ingredients
- 70 g raspberries (or other berries to taste)
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 30 g red fruit spread (e.g. cherry; 5 tsp)
- 50 g whole grain bread (1 slice)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the raspberries and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Add the quark, the yogurt, and the fruit spread. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
- 3. Cut the bread into strips. Dip the bread sticks into the quark dip or simply serve them alongside.
