🍰 Rose-Flavored Berry Popsicles

Ingredients
- 450 g mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, red currants)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp rose water
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 stalks lemon balm
Instructions
- 1. Remove the stems from the berries and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Puree 400 grams of the berries together with lemon juice until smooth.
- 3. Press the puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
- 4. Stir the sieved berry puree well with rose water and agave syrup.
- 5. Fill the berry mixture into 8 small ice molds.
- 6. Place the molds in the freezer for about 1 hour so the mixture sets slightly.
- 7. Insert wooden sticks into the semi-frozen ice portions.
- 8. Freeze the ice portions completely for another 3 hours.
- 9. Put the remaining berries in the freezer as well to chill them.
- 10. Wash the lemon balm and shake it dry.
- 11. Remove the ice portions from the molds.
- 12. Garnish the ice cups with the cooled remaining berries and fresh lemon balm leaves.
