  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the green stems and leaves from the fruit.
  3. 3. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  4. 4. Puree the fruit finely using a blender or hand blender.
  5. 5. Pour the pureed strawberries into a cooking pot.
  6. 6. Add the lemon juice and jam sugar to the pot.
  7. 7. Stir the ingredients well together.
  8. 8. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
  9. 9. Let the jam simmer for about 4 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn off the heat.
  11. 11. Remove the rising foam with a spoon.
  12. 12. Place a few drops of the warm jam onto a cold plate.
  13. 13. Check if the drops become firm and do not spread.
  14. 14. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars that have been rinsed with hot water.
  15. 15. Fill the jars just below the rim.
  16. 16. Seal the jars tightly with the lids.
  17. 17. Let the jars cool down completely.
