🍰 Berries Vanilla Almond Cake

Ingredients
- 1 ready-made light sponge base
- 1 packet vanilla pudding
- 0.25 l milk
- 800 g mixed red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries, red currants)
- 1 kiwi
- 1 piece mango
- 1 star fruit
- 1 packet red glaze
- 150 g sliced almonds
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the vanilla pudding with the milk according to the package instructions. Wash the berries and pat them dry. Spread the cooled pudding over the cake base and place the berries on top.
- 2. Prepare the cake glaze according to the package instructions. Spread some on the edge and pour the rest over the berries. Toast the almond slices in a pan without fat and press them onto the edge of the cake.
- 3. Garnish the cake with kiwi slices, caramel slices, and mango pieces. Keep it cool until you serve it.
