🍽️ Berry Popsicles with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 400 g red berries (e.g. raspberries, red currants, strawberries)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 150 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any spoiled parts.
- 3. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
- 4. Place the berries and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 5. Mash the fruit into a smooth puree using a fork.
- 6. Stir the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, and puree together until well combined.
- 7. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- 9. Fill the mixture into the popsicle molds.
- 10. Place the molds in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- 11. Wait until the mixture is firm.
- 12. Insert a wooden stick into the center of each mold.
- 13. Freeze the popsicles completely for another 3 hours.
- 14. Take the popsicles out of the freezer about 5 minutes before serving.
- 15. Carefully remove the popsicles from the molds.
