🥤 Fruity Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 g raspberries
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 200 ml milk (3.5 % fat) (well chilled)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the berries under cold running water, remove any stems or leaves, and let them drain well in a colander. Peel the banana and slice it into thick rounds.
- 2. Place the drained berries, banana slices, honey, lemon juice, and yogurt into the blender. Blend everything until you have a smooth, fine puree.
- 3. Slowly pour in the milk while the blender is running until the smoothie reaches your desired thickness. Pour the shake immediately into glasses and serve it fresh.
