🍰 Berry Chocolate Crumble

Ingredients
- 400 g blackberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 125 g spelt wholemeal flour
- 50 g coconut blossom sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (30 g, highly defatted)
- 80 g butter
- 15 g cashew butter (1 tbsp)
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle them with honey. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the tiny seeds with a knife.
- 2. Mix flour, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa powder, butter, cashew butter, the vanilla seeds, cinnamon, and salt until you have crumbly topping. Spread this topping evenly over the berries and press it down very gently.
- 3. Bake the crumble in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (or 180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted; gas mark 3) for about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve it best while still warm.
