  1. 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the rhubarb into small cubes.
  3. 3. Place the rhubarb pieces into a pot.
  4. 4. Pour some wine over the rhubarb.
  5. 5. Let the rhubarb simmer gently for a few minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the redcurrants and the strawberries.
  7. 7. Remove the redcurrants from the stems.
  8. 8. Mash the redcurrants slightly with a fork.
  9. 9. Add the prepared berries to the rhubarb in the pot.
  10. 10. Add half of the jam sugar to the mixture.
  11. 11. Stir the mixture while bringing it to a boil.
  12. 12. Stir in the remaining jam sugar.
  13. 13. Let the jam bubble vigorously for 10 seconds.
  14. 14. Immediately fill the hot jam into jars.
  15. 15. Seal the jars.
  16. 16. Let the jars cool down standing on their lids.
