🍳 Fruity Jam with Berries and Rhubarb

Ingredients
- 250 g red currants
- 250 g peeled rhubarb
- 500 g strawberries
- 0.125 l white wine
- 1 kg jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the rhubarb into small cubes.
- 3. Place the rhubarb pieces into a pot.
- 4. Pour some wine over the rhubarb.
- 5. Let the rhubarb simmer gently for a few minutes.
- 6. Wash the redcurrants and the strawberries.
- 7. Remove the redcurrants from the stems.
- 8. Mash the redcurrants slightly with a fork.
- 9. Add the prepared berries to the rhubarb in the pot.
- 10. Add half of the jam sugar to the mixture.
- 11. Stir the mixture while bringing it to a boil.
- 12. Stir in the remaining jam sugar.
- 13. Let the jam bubble vigorously for 10 seconds.
- 14. Immediately fill the hot jam into jars.
- 15. Seal the jars.
- 16. Let the jars cool down standing on their lids.
